You have the right to cancel an order and receive a refund before items have been dispatched.

 

However, written notice of the cancellation must be provided via email to admin@blastclean.co.uk

You have the right to return any products that you have received up to 7 days after receiving them under the condition that they are in the original packaging or state and have not been used. A 10% restocking fee will be charged upon return and inspection of goods.

If you wish to return any received goods the purchaser must contact us in writing at admin@blastclean.co.uk within 7 working days and you must include order number, items, name and address. A return address will then be confirmed and goods must be returned at your own expense.

Once returned goods are received, they will be thoroughly checked for damage and a full refund will be issued (excluding delivery charge). All returned goods should be undamaged and unused. Any damage on returned goods will be the responsibility of the buyer. Refunds will be made back to the buyer by the same method of payment used at time of purchase.
